Is Blooming Days Therapy a private pay practice?

Yes. Blooming Days Therapy is a private pay practice.

Many clients choose private pay therapy because it allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and depth in the work. Without insurance requirements, therapy can focus on what is most meaningful for you rather than on diagnoses, session limits, or short term treatment models.

Private pay therapy is often a good fit for adults who are looking for thoughtful, trauma informed care and who want to invest in long term emotional wellbeing.

Who is a good fit for Blooming Days Therapy?

Blooming Days Therapy works best for adults who are interested in depth oriented, trauma informed therapy. Many clients come in wanting to understand how past experiences, family dynamics, or attachment patterns are impacting their current emotional life and relationships.

This practice is often a good fit for individuals who are high achieving but internally struggling, and who are ready to invest time and energy into meaningful therapeutic work.

Who may not be the best fit?

Blooming Days Therapy may not be the right fit for individuals seeking insurance-based care or treatment for Autism or Substance Dependency treatment as a primary goal.

While therapy at Blooming Days is often depth-oriented and trauma-informed, it can also support clients with more focused, short-term goals when that aligns with their needs. Fit, pacing, and goals are discussed together during the initial consultation to ensure expectations are clear.

Reimbursement

Our practice partners with Thrizer, a service that makes it easy to use your out-of-network benefits for therapy sessions. Instead of dealing with superbills and long calls with insurance, Thrizer handles the entire process for you.

Why clients choose Thrizer:

  • Easy access to out-of-network benefits

  • No paperwork or superbills to manage

  • Direct insurance follow-up on your behalf

  • Only a 1% claim fee

  • No claim fees until your deductible is met (especially helpful at the start of a new coverage year)

How it works:

  1. Create your Thrizer account and add your insurance and billing details

  2. We’ll enter your sessions into the platform

  3. Thrizer submits your claims and follows up with insurance

  4. You receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company

Thrizer is risk-free: if a claim isn’t successfully submitted, the fee is refunded.

If you’d like to get started, let us know and we’ll guide you through the setup.

Do you take insurance?
